What is an interest check?

Interest check is when you vote for a design you like and will buy. This helps us, the designers, know which design we will be sending out for manufacturing.

How it works?
1. We will be posting our product designs along with a poll sticker in our Instagram stories
2. You tap "Yes" vote if you would be willing to buy the product
3. Done! :)

When and How often do you do it?
We conduct interest check after dropping a couple product designs in our Instagram and Twitter account.

What is a group order?

Defining Terms

Group order (G.O.) is a way for international buyers to buy our products and save on shipping fees. It allows multiple buyers from the same country or area to individually order our products thru the help of group order manager.

Group Order Manager (GOM) is a person managing a group order for a certain country or area. A group order manager has different terms and conditions from that of our shop and from other group order managers. He/she will be the one collecting payments for the products and shipping.

How It Works?
1. A group order manager (GOM) will be posting his/her order form and term and conditions for one or more of products in his/her Instagram and Twitter account.
2. Follow the instructions of your group order manager. And pay him or her for the items and shipping.
3. Relax and wait for your items! :)

How Do Group Orders Help Us Save In International Shipping Fees?
International shipping fees are to be split between all buyers who joined the group order

What is a preorder?

Preorder is ordering an item which is not in stock. The preorder item/s is/are under production or yet to be manufactured and is/are to be shipped at a later date.

How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive my Preorder?

For Pins
Depending on the complexity of the pin design. It may take 8 to 10 weeks until we can ship your preordered pins.

For Stickers and Stationary Products
It may take up to 3 to 4 weeks until we can ship the preordered products to you.

Note: This are all estimates. Preorder items may arrive earlier or later than expected. Regardless we will always be posting updates in our social media accounts if there are any changes affecting your orders

What are the grading scales?

Grade A Pins

~ highest grade available in our shop. Advisable for collectors
~ imperfections, if there are any are not noticeable and may only be seen if viewed at an angle
~ imperfections may include:
slightly low fillingvery minor scratches or scruffs on surfacestiny pores (looks like bubbles) or faint dust in enamelslight discolouration in metal

Grade B Pins

~ Has one or more noticeable imperfection. Advisable for casual collector and wearers
~ imperfections may include:
small black marks on enamel more noticeable scratches or scruffs on surfacesmore noticeable tiny pores (looks like bubbles) in enamelmore noticeable faint specs/dustposts are slightly loose/wiggly

Grade C Pins

~ Has majorly noticeable flaws. Advisable for budget collector and wearers
~ imperfections may include:
lower quality/leaking/overflow of enamel deep scratches, scruffs. or excess enamel on surfaceslow fills in larger or visually prominent areasposts are loose/wiggly/bentnoticeable black specs or dustunforeseen problems or imperfections
